Stellenbucks Restaurant Rewards Campaign

1. All Campaign Transactions are processed through SnapScan. No other payment method will be accepted. Only the SnapScan QR code can be used to earn.
2. Any customers spending R300 or more at a Participating restaurant during the Campaign Period with SnapScan (excluding *split payments), will be issued a SnapScan voucher of 30% of the total payment, to a maximum value of R250.
3. The reward voucher will be transferred to the customer’s dedicated reward section within the SnapScan User App Wallet Section immediately after a Qualifying Transaction.
4. The reward can be redeemed partially or in full at the same or any of the Participating Restaurants during the Reward Redemption Period.
5. If multiple Rewards are earned, they will accrue and be visible in the SnapScan Wallet, marked as Stellenbucks.
6. When redeeming the reward at a participating restaurant, if the bill is more than the value of the reward, the difference can be paid through a *split payment SnapScan transaction. You will be able to use both your card and reward together to make 1 simple payment, this payment will not earn an additional reward.
7. There is no limit on repeat visits for the duration of the campaign, but you are limited to 1 earn possibility per merchant per day.
8. Rewards will expire after the Reward Redemption Period. The final date to redeem a Stellenbucks voucher will be 30 September 2023.
9. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or SnapScan Wallet Credit.
10. A Reward is not earned if a transaction is made using a reward or another Wallet inside of SnapScan.
11. Visit Stellenbosch and SnapScan can use any content of this campaign in media, on SnapScan or Visit Stellenbosch platforms, including websites and social media.
12. Visit Stellenbosch and SnapScan shall not be liable for any disruption to the campaign, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control.
13. The campaign period will start on 1 August 2023 and the duration of the campaign will be determined by the fund amount, but will not run beyond 31 August 2023. If funds are depleted before 31 August 2023, the campaign will be terminated.
14. Visit Stellenbosch and SnapScan reserve the right to amend the Campaign Period and Reward Redemption Period at any time. Please check www.stellenbucks.visitstellenbosch.org regularly for updates
